The Site and Product are owned and operated by Ravindrakumar Guru, an individual based in Bengaluru, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Product
The Product is a digital ebook delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Pricing is displayed on the Site at the time of purchase:
- India: ₹399 (inclusive of applicable taxes), payable via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking through our Indian payment partner.
- Rest of world: $27 USD, payable via card or PayPal through our global payment partner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Product. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email) is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method provided.
3. Order Acceptance & Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product instantly, along with a confirmation email containing your download link. If you do not receive delivery within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at the email below.
4. Intellectual Property
The Product, including all text, examples, design, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Ravindrakumar Guru. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own reference. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the Product or its contents without prior written consent.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Instamojo for India, Gumroad for international customers). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
