You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after this 3-day window will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@quitjobwithai.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order/transaction ID (from your Instamojo or Gumroad confirmation email)
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- India (Instamojo/UPI/card/net banking): refunded to the original UPI ID, card, or bank account used, typically reflecting within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
- International (Gumroad/card/PayPal): refunded to the original card or PayPal account, typically reflecting within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
4. Product Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the Product download is revoked, and you agree to delete any downloaded copies of the Product.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer) or fraudulent payment activity.
6. Payment Gateway Fees
Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount. Any third-party gateway fees are borne by us and not deducted from your refund.
